Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Microsoft Teams collaboration platform that fosters seamless communication and collaboration between internal employees and guest users.
- Utilize Power Automate to automate key workflows within Teams streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity.
- Leverage Data verse as the central data repository for the Teams platform ensuring data security and integrity.
- Design and develop insightful Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build custom Power Apps to extend the functionality of Teams and address specific client needs.
- Integrate Copilot chatbot functionality within Teams and SharePoint pages to provide automated support and information dissemination.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements define solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and implement them throughout the collaboration platform.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on the new Teams platform.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in designing and implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams including security configurations and guest user access.
- Indepth knowledge of Power Automate Data verse Power BI Power Apps and Copilot.
- Experience integrating thirdparty applications with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
