Key Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager your duties will include:
- Spearheading the bidding process for referrals and care packages.
- Managing the full sales cycle from attracting prospects to onboarding clients and liaising with operations teams.
- Cultivating and sustaining longterm client relationships.
- Identifying optimal complex care clients and analysing market trends.
- Developing a profound understanding of clients needs and regulatory requirements.
- Enhancing market presence through various channels including internal databases advertisements referrals and social media.
- Working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Utilizing diverse sales techniques to secure deals and improve customer relations.
- Collaborating with senior management to leverage business intelligence for growth opportunities.
- Upholding and promoting brand integrity with clients.
- Driving Key Client/Customer Accounts initiatives.
