Role expectations
Attend appointments to ensure client experience and communication expectations are established
Maintain and nurture current and past client relationships
Draft listing contracts
Draft buyer contracts
Draft supporting offerrelated documents (amendments schedules notice of fulfillment etc.)
Manage email and responses
Manage calls and mitigate solutions on the calls
Coordinate with the team for listing and buyerrelated transactions
Assist and manage schedule
Coordinate and assist in client retention activities (client appreciation event annual property reports birthday touches gift arrangements etc.)
Maintain and keep the database for clean filing
Assist with bookkeeping coordination with bookkeepers and accountants
Point of contact with all dedicated professionals (lawyers mortgage brokers accountants bookkeepers financial advisor life insurance rep)
Communicate with team and vendors where necessary
Attend meetings with dedicated professionals to ensure clear communication
Set up client prospect searches & sales reports
Tech expectations:
Proficient with Follow Up Boss through and through (This is our main database system to track all client communication client information and metrics for the business).
Proficient with Slack (This is the main internal message forum to keep communication with the back end team).
Email management and filing system
Google drive filing systems and management
TREB / MLS MATRIX / MLS (These are the main interfaces for the real estate system. The actual back end of the MLS system).
