Job Description

Cybereye Research Labs & Security Solutions

As an IoT Technical Support Engineer youll work on advanced technologies such as IoT LoRaWAN and other related technologies. If you are interested in working in a fastpaced environment and have a background in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering then youll love this role.

In this role the learning curve would be exponential. You will gain a deeper knowledge of IoT/LoRaWAN technologies including hardware software and networking concepts. In your role as an IoT Technical Support Engineer you are responsible for ensuring that customers get the most value from their IoT solutions. With an expert team you will assist international clients with product usage application development and troubleshooting of largescale IoT deployments and ensure high availability of AWShosted IoT services. Throughout you will gain a deeper understanding of endtoend IoT/LoRaWAN technologies including software networking & communication concepts.

There are no distinct borders between the areas so you need to be flexible and master more than one. Maintaining your competency and skills is expected of you. All the necessary training and support will be provided to you so that you can succeed. By participating actively you will be able to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

What will you be doing

Work with LoRaWAN technology The Things Stack
Providing assistance with largescale IoT deployments application development and troubleshooting to international clients
Perform Root cause analysis identify potential issues and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve them
Ensure high availability of IoT services hosted on AWS infrastructure as a first responder on a rotational basis
Curate product feedback to improve the product experience
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (engineering and business teams) to ensure customer needs are being met.
Meet monthly goals of CSAT and Productivity KPIs.
What are we looking for

Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Curiosity to learn new and advanced technologies IoT/LPWAN
Proactive nature and ability to work effectively in a deadlinedriven environment
Manage customers expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
Have a good eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Active team player and selfstarter who can quickly adjust priorities and possess a positive attitude towards work ethics
Always looking to refine your methods by collaborating with your manager and peers
Good to have skills:

Previous experience in IoT LoRaWAN Technology or The Things Stack would be a plus
Any related certifications such as The Things Certification or LoRaWAN Academy would be a plus
Any AWS Cloud certification would be a plus
Languages Known:

Working Proficiency in English ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing is required
