Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs preferences and budget constraints.
2. Present and promote our high ASP wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
3. Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients requirements and budget considerations.
4. Convince clients to close sales and secure bookings for wedding services against a pre decided token amount for booking.
5. Coordinate with internal teams including event planners vendors and support staff to ensure a good sales pitch which will bring the conversion percentage to industry leading standards.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
7. Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
8. Provide ongoing support and followup to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales preferably within the wedding industry or any other high ASP industry or luxury services sector.
2. Develop strong knowledge of wedding services trends and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams this is non negotiable.
4. Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced result oriented startup environment.
5. Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
7. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or related field is preferred.
