Senior Supervisor
Job Title: Maintenance & Reliability Senior Supervisor
Location: Lecompte Louisiana United States

Compensation:
- Base Salary: USD $100000 to $128000
- Fulltime position with full benefits.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and integrate with other plant functions to ensure support.
- Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assign tasks accordingly.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production.
- Lead and develop a team providing coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring performance and disciplinary actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of related work experience.
- 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience managing tasks across multiple maintenance disciplines including contractors management (electrical automation and mechanical).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in feed mills.
Skills and Certifications (bold skills and certification are required):
- Mechanical Electrical and Automation skills.
- Supervisory Experience.
Candidate Details:
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Seniority Level: MidSenior
