What You’ll Do At Deel
Create quality cornerstone and enablement content such as blog posts, one-pagers, reports, guides, infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, and more
Keep a pulse on industry-related topics, identifying customer needs to create relevant and timely content
Deliver content strategy, suggest new ideas to raise brand awareness and increase conversion
Make intuitive and data-driven decisions to leverage content and achieve goals
Track and improve the performance of the content on Deel's blog
Some Key Qualifications
Proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
At least 3 years of experience in roles specific to content creation
Have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging
Comfortable writing about compliance, legal, HR, and remote work (or similar) topics
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and delivering under tight deadlines
Understand SEO and can make informed suggestions for content creation
Bonus points if you
Have a proven record of creating engaging, quality content that drives conversion
Have worked for an HR or Fintech company
Can prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative and positive team environment
Have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
