The position is a part of the EMEA team responsible for organizing and managing business
travels for the EMEA staff.
Location: Warsaw (after onboarding there is possibility to work remotely)
Contract duration: 34 months (possibility to extend)
Contract type: Contract of employment / B2B / Contract of mandate.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Making comprehensive arrangements for staff travels
Online booking sources to make hotels train air tickets car rental reservations
Issuing airline and other tickets through travel systems
Providing advice on travel inquiries
Optimizing travel costs and the budget
Accounting for travel expenses invoicing
Support other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job requirements:
Good command of English both written and spoken is necessary
Possessing 2 years of industry related experience
The ability to work with people in a dynamic international business environment
Good planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail meticulousness
Full Time
