Your contribution within the team

As a Digital Tracking Specialist youll be instrumental in advancing our user behaviour analytics capabilities. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Developers and Marketers youll design and implement tracking strategies to measure the impact of initiatives. By creating robust event tracking frameworks and leveraging MarTech expertise youll uncover valuable insights to enhance the user experience and guide our acquisition and product roadmap

What Type of Workout You Can Expect

• Design and optimize event tracking on our web and app platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4.
• Collaborate closely with teams to gather requirements design tracking strategies and implement solutions.
• Communicate technical tracking topics effectively to nontechnical stakeholders and document your work.
• Take ownership of pre and postlogin tracking reporting directly to the Data & Analytics team lead.
• Provide technical support for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) A/B testing initiatives to enhance user experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and establish tracking standards within the Data & Analytics team.

What Youll Bring to the Team

• 35 years of experience as a technical tracking analyst or similar role preferably in the digital product subscription business.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus).
• Expertise in design and tracking tools such as Figma Avo Glazed etc.
• Deep experience in defining and implementing tracking concepts within web and appbased solutions especially Google Analytics & Firebase.
• Proven experience with User Flow Analysis and A/B Testing.
• Selfmanagement skills and ability to provide clear status reports and updates crossfunctionally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a handson mentality.
• Experience with consumerfocused online companies is a plus.
• Fluent in English with German language skills as a bonus.
• Experience with standard data visualization tools like Tableau PowerBI is a plus
