Qualification: CS (Company Secretarial).
Experience: 46 Years .
Location: Prahladnagar Ahmedabad
Salary: 5.00 to 6.00 Lacs P/A

Job Description :
- To Represent as Company Secretory and manage entire statutory and regulatory secretarial Compliance of the Company. It includes the integration / awareness of the changes in the law and overall understanding to board members and key managers of the Company.
- Preparing agenda for board & General Meetings & preparing minutes for the same.
- Preparing Maintaining & Review of statutory registers records and declarations as required under the Companies act & rules.
- Must have adequate experience on all aspects of corporate laws.
- Handling reviewing and Assisting for all Insurance function of the company including filling & processing of all insurance claim of the company. Your qualifications & Experience:
