Job Summary:
The Project Manager Qual will function as account manager to oversee the operations and research activities of a multimilliondollar business unit. We are looking for someone able to take on a wide variety of operational responsibilities while learning our business from the ground up. Responsibilities:
The Project Manager Qual responsibilities will center on supporting the firm in the execution of its client engagements including the following:
- Support the qualitative research efforts of client teams and take part in full project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the client teams on creating and setting project timelines
- Directs internal and external recruiting and other qualitative research related services (moderation translation transcription etc) ensuring project timelines are being met
- Collaborate within the Research Ops Team and Research Coordinators
- Track the project budget and finances ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
- Proactively anticipate troubleshoot overcome and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
- Evaluates vendors and research services providers together with the qualitative research managers
This role is continuing to grow parallel to Quadrant s company growth as well as individual team expansion and project influx. As such some tasks you may be responsible for in the future are:
- Identify areas where new technologies or processes can improve the firm s operations
- Oversee vendor work and log feedback
- Communicate the progress and challenges of fieldwork to team after developing recommendations for addressing any issues
- Producing documentation systems around team procedures
- Assist with the project closeout process in coordination with client and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of market research project management experience with a focus on qualitative research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills able to handle multiple complex tasks with competing priorities simultaneously
- Superior communication skills
- Proactive and selfdirected
- Creative and intellectually curious
- Works well independently and with teams
- Must be able to work from 9PM6AM
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati
