Job Description

Job Title: Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer to contribute to our thriving practice by handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

Position: Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney

Location: Rocky River Ohio

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases providing expert legal counsel throughout the entire legal process.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding each case gathering evidence and building compelling arguments on behalf of injured clients.
  • Collaborate with legal teams medical experts and other professionals to develop effective case strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of the litigation process including drafting pleadings briefs discovery trial materials conducting depositions and representing clients in court.
  • Negotiate settlements and when necessary litigate cases to ensure favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws regulations and precedents to provide uptodate legal advice and maintain a competitive edge in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Proven experience (23 years) in handling personal injury cases.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn medical terms and conditions
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients and seeking justice.
