In this role youll play a vital part in supporting their HR functions from employee relations to recruitment and training. Tasks
HR Relations:
- Offer support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HRrelated issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle employee relations matters including the resolution of grievances and conflicts.
- Collaborate with the Work Council when necessary.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives at both local and global levels.
Compensation & Benefits Performance:
- Manage employee benefits programs and assist in performance management processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Engage with potential talent through various channels like job fairs and social media.
- Keep the career page updated to attract suitable candidates.
HR Administration:
- Support the Sr. HR Generalist in contract negotiations and document preparation.
- Maintain HR databases and assist in global HR processes.
- Help with payroll processing and participate in HRrelated projects.
Training & Development:
- Aid in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
- Monitor training progress and maintain training plans.
Processes and Procedures/Audit:
- Assist HR Managers during audits and reporting procedures.
- Support in data protection documentation and HR policy implementation.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Possess 25 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Have a strong understanding of HR best practices labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills are essential.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
