Job Description

Overview:

The Key Account Leader/Field Sales Executive is a crucial role within our organization responsible for managing and growing key accounts while also driving field sales activities. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships maximizing sales opportunities and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers and address their inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and challenges
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to enhance brand awareness
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and uptodate account information

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in key account management and field sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Good understanding of business financials and forecasting
  • Team player with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset
  • High level of accountability and selfmotivation
  • Creative and adaptable approach to sales and account management
