Overview:
The Key Account Leader/Field Sales Executive is a crucial role within our organization responsible for managing and growing key accounts while also driving field sales activities. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships maximizing sales opportunities and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within key accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers and address their inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and challenges
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments
- Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to enhance brand awareness
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in key account management and field sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw relevant conclusions
