Overview

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the organization s sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. This position is responsible for leading a sales team developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Leading coaching and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitoring market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Setting sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional activities.
  • Presenting sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Managing and allocating resources effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Participating in the recruitment training and performance evaluation of the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management or related role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership coaching and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
