Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB In the role of Sales Coordinator at Danone you will be collaborating with our Head of Sales EDP Denmark, Norway and Iceland with a variety of tasks. We are planning on implementing a lot of new processes within sales, and you will be working closely with our customers and other internal stakeholders being the centre of keeping things running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to get hands on experience working with sales at a global company with high drive and with motivating colleagues. The role includes: • Coordination of support material to external sales team (Coolers/POS materiel etc) • Creating and overseeing Purchase Orders, new customers and vendors in internal systems • Support Customer Service in handling invoices • Supporting Key Account Managers in customer meetings, sales conferences and trade shows • Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth sales process • Responsible for product registrations and updating product information in GS1 • Creation and update of customer/supplier/to Master data/Orsoft/Acumen Also we believe that depending on what experience and knowledge you bring with you, the role can, together with your manager, be shaped in a way that suits you and what you are passionate about. About you ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role we believe that you are an outgoing person with strong communicative skills. You are not afraid to come up with ideas and ways of working, and want to develop your career in a business orientated environment. Also, we hope that you: • Are proactive and structured, and enjoys administrative tasks • Are team oriented as a person • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral • Have good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel, and an eagerness and curiosity to learn new systems and tools • It is favourable that you have an higher education within sales or business management, but we will value personality, motivation and experience higher • Experience working in similar roles, and in systems like GS1, SAP, Kofax or One Buy is highly favourable About us ABOUT US Danone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we believe in order to do so we need a healthy planet.
