Reporting to MD this role entails PAN India Business Development. individual must be a gogetter able to implement the organization's strategy for selling and growing the transformer Management Services. Forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers. Motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers Must have strong influencing problemsolving and negotiation skills. Must have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour. He/She is also required to build and maintain quality relationships with customers stakeholders and other companies.
Target customers Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas power generation transmission distribution(Heavy engineering)
Job Role and Responsibilities : - Work closely with all India team and top customers of Transformer Oil Private OEM Utilities Govt. Agencies to fortify their trust in our Services provided to build durable relationships.
- Enhance new and existing business development
- Implement and execute new Sales strategies successfully
- Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
- Maintain an efficient payment cycle to meet the business requirement ensuring Nil outstanding by adhering to our payment policy
- Constantly identify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance (with a focus on npower sales across existing clients)
- Find new avenues to improve the business bottom line by setting targets by bringing new customers on board
- Ensure 90% adherence to Annual rate contract (ARC) business for last 3 FYs business
- Work on hiring motivating developing and training sales team
- Ensure training on functional and behaviour skills for your team members with 100% adherence
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - Candidate should be a BE AND/Or MBA/PGDM with a good academic track record.
- Should have worked in an Industrial serviceproviding company preferably in the field of Transformer Maintenance Transformer Testing and High Voltage Maintenance services.
- Should have managed PRIVATE INDUSTRIES clients from FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma / Oil&Gas / Automobile etc. sectors. (as we have clients across all sectors.)
- Should be open to work in coworking space and travelling across India
Skills Required : - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external customers of NDL Power Ltd.
- Should be able to establish SOP in sales function
- Should have clear understanding of customer decision making process and business conversion cycle
- Should have business acqumin with proper understanding of margins and cost
