Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets.
Reports to: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Their services are evidence of dedication and commitment towards highquality transformers and innovation in the electricity sector. They are into power system management in the areas pertaining to electrical testing field maintenance lab diagnostics factory rewind etc.
As a Sales Manager your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets.
Reports to: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 2025 days per month.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
- Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
- 50 K plus Incentive
- Target customer –Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas power generation transmission distribution(Heavy engineering)
- Dealing With Electrical Department Utilities Department Maintains mechanical
