About the job

Were looking for a Design Operations Managerto join the UX & Design Team and be part of one of the most successful insurtechstartups in Germany selling our services across Europe and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leadership to set the vision of Design Operations
• Define and track KPIs to ensure the Design teams operational efficiency
• Connect designers BAs and copywriters with engineering teams for the design system
• Coordinate design team rituals including design reviews and weekly updates
• Track KPIs to ensure the Design teams operational efficiency

Bring to the team

• A degree or comparable education with a focus on design or humancomputer interaction and some experience in designing Web or commercial apps using Figma.
• Solid design skills across iOS Android and web platforms and is experienced creating and curating design systems
• Ability to collaborate and align with more senior members and translate UX decisions into UI artefacts
• Adopt daily rituals and the defined design process
• Fluency (written and spoken) in Business English German is a plus
