- Lead and manage a finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional development.

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Should have the skill and ability to do closing and accounts finalization.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and control costs across the logistics and supply chain operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Risk Management:
- Assess financial risks associated with logistics and supply chain activities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Strategic Decision Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage working capital effectively to optimize cash flow.
- Implement strategies to improve cash conversion cycles.
Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Financial Systems and Processes:
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Vat and Zakat:
- Should know the local laws for VAT compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Should be able to file and calculate zakat and Vat.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain company or relevant field
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. (IAS and IFRS)
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
