• Completes tasks and deliverables to a good standard as part of client engagements - working to an agreed plan, budget, and quality.
• Preparation of Information Memorandum
• Preparation of teaser document and investor marketing materials
• Experience of performing Financial due diligence engagements
• Begins to take on more responsibility in engagement and may own certain deliverables. This may include project/engagement planning and administration, creation/review of outputs, and client interactions.
• At times assists Managers and Associate Directors to supervise less experienced team members on engagements–reviewing and providing guidance on deliverables.
• Experience of working on valuation engagements
• Debt raising / financial close.
• Supporting senior team members in their origination efforts
• Completes report writing, presentations and proposal preparation with some guidance.
