Job Summary:

The Lead Solution Architect for SAP Data Migration operates independently demonstrating expert knowledge and capabilities. This pivotal role encompasses overall design development and implementation of Master Data Migration essential for organizational success. Renowned as an expert in solution design development performance tuning and troubleshooting the Lead Solution Architect collaborates seamlessly in a global environment exhibiting a handson approach capable of transcending teams and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and lead a data migration team utilizing various SAP products such as SAP BODS and ABAP Conversions.
• Demonstrate adept understanding of SAP functional domains particularly data and intermodule relationships.
• Engage in proactive interfacing and management discussions with business stakeholders and process teams facilitating the endtoend technical solutions within Data Migration.
• Architect direct build and support active and passive data governance methodologies and tools.
• Implement Agile development methodologies for projects and enhancements thereby fostering an environment conducive to innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize deep understanding of the overall vision business needs and solution architecture for Data Migration to solve complex problems.
• Lead a technical team to execute endtoend SAP data migration designing solutions across various master data objects.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of Data Migration using SAP solutions like BODS ABAP Conversion LSMW etc.
• Develop reconciliation reports and ensure data consistency across different environments.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Experience in SAP BODS and ABAP conversions is advantageous.

• Proficiency in leading technical teams and delivering endtoend data migration solutions.
• Strong expertise in technical design integration between various ERP and NonERP Systems.
