Job Description
Minimum high school diploma; A university degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux.
Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP.
Excellent technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with customers.
