Job Description
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call Centre or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using call Centre software.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
