Job Summary:
In your position as an Operations Manager you are in charge of the entire Manila team and act as primary contact of operations and manage day to day operations of Manila team. The role will be analytical and problemsolving skills are needed to be able to discern a CLEAR AND ACCURATE understanding of the information given. The role must ensure the accuracy of all data and other related information. Your detailed duties and responsibilities will be discussed by the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact of operations and manage day to day operations of Manila team
- Work with the DDO in designing and periodically reviewing the KPIs of the Manilateam members
- Assess the team structure staff workload write progress reports and provide recommendations to DDO and other key stakeholders
- Research on industry initiatives and provide relevant information and insights on
- Peterson s product offerings and market standards
- Manage assigned data collection cycle and supervise the workload of the counterpart Research Associate
- Manage components of larger projects; take responsibility for delivering individual project component data sets
- Plan implement and report document data standards quality assurance procedures and process improvements on the assigned data collection cycle
- Work with the DDO to coordinate with product development groups to identify and document project deliverables and delivery dates
- Handle institutional consumer and internal questions complaints and inquiries about datarelated matters
- Review data extracts and publication pages
- Research and stay uptodate on relevant industry initiatives
- Analyze and document database content at close of project
- Review all data extracts for quality and consistency
- Review all programming deliverables (programs and specifications)
Requirements
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 10PM7AM

One (1) year of exposure in using an LMS or teaching Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), creative tools such as those featured in Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML Excellent communication skills and is a team-player Sound decision-making and organizational skills Graduate of any four-year program, preferably an education-related program Exceptional English communication, both written and verbal Must be willing to work in from Mondays to Fridays, 9PM-6AM or 10PM-7AM work schedule. Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
