Delivery service customer service agents are in direct contact with our customers and it is their duty to ensure that outstanding deliveries can be made and that customer queries are processed appropriately. No matter what the customer's needs are, your ability to respond, meet them quickly, and adopt solutions will allow this vital part of Amazon's operations to run smoothly.Key job responsibilities
- Call clients.
- Review and resolve shipping/delivery issues, and collaborate with Amazon Fulfillment Services and partner carriers when necessary.
- Keep a daily, weekly and monthly record of the status of customer inquiries.
- Follow standard operating procedures and protect customer data.
- Assist with internal communications activities, for example, through presentations and contributing to continuous improvement and internal engagement programs.
