Finance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Officer. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in various financial tasks including accounts payable/receivable budgeting financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Tasks

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in monthend and yearend closing procedures including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and forecasting future financial needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed
• Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
