Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities – ITO Phase (pre-award)

  • Reviewing and redlining customer tender documents, sub-contracts, consortium agreements, pre-bid agreements etc with focus on scope, payment process, change order/variation order process, claim management, bonds, insurance, extension of time provisions etc.
  • Assessing risks by utilizing past experiences and with reference to standard guidelines.
  • Understanding and documenting the treatment of commercial and contractual risks at the tender stage.
  • Assist in proper formation of contracts to accurately summarize and reflect the agreement between parties.
  • Working with Commercial Ops, Sales Legal, Taxation, Finance and other functions during ITO review stages and providing answers to contractual queries and implementing return of experience.
