Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Fulltime Human Resource Operations Coordinator to join our team in Narnaul at Career Elevators. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing freelance recruiters ensuring smooth operations and facilitating communication between recruiters and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with freelance recruiters by explaining hiring needs and requirements to them.
- Manage recruitment operations including job postings candidate screenings and interview scheduling.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics of recruiters and provide regular updates on progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for freelance recruiters providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with recruitment standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
