Business Development Manager

Trilogic Recruitment is currently representing our client a leading provider in the homecare sector in their search for a talented Business Development Manager. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with frequent travel opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the health and social care sector showcasing a strong commercial mindset and a track record of driving growth. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing partnerships and expanding the client base for our clients livein care and visiting care services.

As a key member of the Business Development Team within our clients organization the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic vision of the company. They will demonstrate proficiency in analyzing market trends evaluating performance metrics and providing strategic updates to the business and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Requirements

• Previous track record of developing new business within the health and social care sector (Ideally in home care).
  
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  
• Knowledge of care services (livein care and visiting etc) DESIRABLE
