Let us describe the challenge we offer

We believe in our sustainable mission to the planet but we also care about building sustainable relationships with our customers. In this function you will work in the front line of the Polestar operation in the Polestar Space (thats what we call our showrooms). In this golden opportunity you will work both directly with customers as well as with all Polestar teams to ensure that customers can get the help information and exceptional customer experiences at the visit of our Polestar Space.

We are opening a brandnew Polestar Space in the summer of 2024. This new location will require more people with a new energy to start up a nextlevel experience in Zwolle. This new space will provide for many positive challenges where you would come into play.

What youll do
You will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational immersive and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestars front line and are the brand advocates supporting our mission by creating memorable experiences for all Space visitors.

As a Polestar Specialist you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

• Provide a tailored experience based upon guests specific interests and agenda
• Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
• Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
• Handover new Polestars to the customer with all the needed support and enthusiasm
• Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers
• Build and maintain longterm business relationships with customers
• Act as a role model of Polestars culture and behaviors

Who you are

You are full of energy selfmotivated a selfstarter and make things happen. To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand our dedication to design and our commitment to sustainability.

• Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role but you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive clientoriented retail environment
• Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences public speaking teaching sales event planning or customer care will be positively considered
• Good communication skills in English are required.

This role will require a valid driving license an acceptable safe driving record being flexible to work in different Polestar locations and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
