Open Position: Finance Director (IPO Knowledge / Audit / Internal Control) Up to RM18K

A Malaysian company seeking to be publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia is hiring for Finance Director to be based in Butterworth Penang office.

Key responsibilities include:

• To lead and manage the entire Account and Finance department with duties such as overseeing Banking & Treasury Accounting & Reporting Financial Planning and Analysis Cash Flow Management and etc
  
• Provide monthly financial statements financial reports and etc to the leadership team
  
• Manage treasury finance accounting and compliance functions with the standardization of frameworks internal controls and standard operating procedures
  
• Provides strategic financial inputs and leadership for the company covering; growth new markets investments cash flows management and etc
  
• Preferably with IPO experience. Experience and knowledge in Bursa Listing Requirements is highly desirable
  
• Strong leadership with good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
