What will be your role
- As an Ambassador; providing warm welcome to customers like a host
- Challenge oriented; enthusiastic in achieving sales target by embodying the brands selling ceremony
- Customer development and engagement; building relationships with customers develop customer profiles
- Provide excellent aftersaleservice ie followup calls to customer; repair leather spa etc to optimize every selling opportunity
- Pillar to teamwork at boutique; supporting backoffice security procedures cash and stock management visual merchandising and display guidelines
Requirements
Who are we looking for
- 1 year of working experience in retail or with experience in customer service & selling
- Pleasant and presentable
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
- Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers
- Selfstarter vibrant positive energy and gogetter
- Good spoken of English ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage
