Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager specializing in Gold Loans to join our team. The Assistant Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our branch focusing on gold loan services. This role requires exceptional leadership skills a strong understanding of gold loan procedures and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the branch ensuring smooth functioning of all gold loanrelated processes.
- Monitor and manage branch resources including staff equipment and inventory to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements related to gold loans.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries concerns and complaints related to gold loans.
- Foster a customercentric culture within the branch aiming to build longterm relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular customer engagement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Business Development:
- Drive business growth by actively promoting gold loan products and services to potential customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the branchs gold loan portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch targets and revenue goals.

Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with gold loan operations including credit risk market risk and operational risk.
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the interests of the branch and its customers.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead motivate and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch employees.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance including loan disbursements collections and profitability.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and optimize branch operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in gold loan operations preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Indepth knowledge of gold loan products processes and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications or professional qualifications would be an advantage.
