Mandatory Skills :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including configuration customization and integration capabilities

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including configuration customization and integration capabilities.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional agile teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Now and Jira a plus.
• Integration Support 35 years experience with IDMC and Apigee

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with End users on issues logged.
• Collaborate with developers and QA on troubleshooting issues.
• As time permits lighter configuration efforts data loads user profile clean up and management develop reports setting up queues for Case Setting up new users in the platform.
• Perform data validation and verification in Salesforce databases and interfaces using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Integration resources will pick up requirements for Product deployments during Sprint Cycle as bandwidth permits. They will also be tasked with updating/refining integrations as the platform leads determine needs.
