SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• • • Prior experience as a BI Solutions Analyst or BI Consultant.
    • Expert level technical skills in Tableau AWS QuickSight and at least one other BI technologies Power BI MicroStrategy
    • Alteryx or similar tools in a large scale environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and evaluate new technologies and to document findings for publication to others.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including ability to author clear concise and accurate user documentation including PowerPoint slides job aids newsletter articles/bogs research reports. Experience giving presentations to large audiences preferred.
    • Knowledge of BI and Data Analytics market trends.
    • Understanding of data visualization techniques and ability to apply those techniques to answer business questions and address business problems.
    • Experience with requirements collection use case assessment design reviews and troubleshooting.
    • Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively on multiple projects.
    • Exceptional customer service and consulting skills including ability to work with both business and technical clients in a positive manner.
    • Ability and desire to write research reports and document team processes.
    • Understanding of and ability to apply advanced analysis techniques such as statistical functions statistical models what if analysis predictive analytics and machine learning.
    • Ability to write and understand SQL and read data models.
    • Knowledge of R or Python a plus.
    • Experience with BI platforms on AWS a plus.
