Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing album designs that align with client preferences and project requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into design concepts
• Use graphic design software to manipulate and enhance images for album covers and layouts
• Ensure consistency in design elements and layouts throughout the album
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate reproduction of designs
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
• Provide design recommendations based on client needs
• Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions with team members
• Quality check and review designs for errors or inconsistencies
• Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts and gather feedback
• Maintain organized files and documentation for each design project
• Adhere to brand guidelines and design standards
• Contribute to the improvement of design processes and workflows
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support design needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Album Designer
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing album design projects
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and composition
• Ability to translate client preferences into visual concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal
• Time management and multitasking abilities
