Tasks

As a Business Transformation & Strategy Execution Consultant youll work in a small team of consultants and work closely with Clevel executives in companies to drive a transformation based on OKRs selforganized teams and a radical candor feedback program. Youll train coach guide and support your clients in this new way of working in a dynamic empathetic structured and charismatic way.

Requirements

You will rock at this role if you have:

• International experience in managing operations and leading teams to achieve business goals using OKR Agile and Lean methods. Consulting experience is not necessary but real experience in driving results in companies is!
• Selfstarter and handson personality communication skills charisma and an impactoriented working style.
• Passion for strategy execution OKR Lean and Agile ways of working to make a positive impact.
• Dynamic engaging personality who conveys passion for winning to our team and clients.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual people. French and German are valued.
