Senior Full Stack Dev - Tooling

We are in search of a Toolingfocused Full Stack Developer. In this role youll concentrate on crafting tools to enhance developer experience elevate product performance and develop solutions for internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Engage in collaborative efforts with framework authors and the developer community to enhance our suite of developer tools.
Create new tooling solutions including command line utilities CI/CD workflows scripts and web applications to bolster team efficiency and accelerate development throughput.
Conduct performance audits implement improvements and craft internal tools for various departments.
Establish a swift code delivery pipeline that is developerfriendly and upholds best practices pertaining to testing security data migrations and issue management.
Work across the following tech stack (including TypeScript React React Native Node.js and GraphQL) for both web and mobile platforms.
Take ownership of team features or systems ensuring their longterm health while enhancing the overall ecosystem.
Mentor fellow engineers and conduct comprehensive code reviews.
Enhance engineering standards refine tooling and processes and introduce industry best practices across planning development testing and deployment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack software development with expertise in building web and mobile applications using TypeScript SQL databases React and Node.js.
Prior experience in tool development optimizing application performance and providing DevOps support.
Proficiency in writing clear testable code with an emphasis on maintainability.
Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Degree or diploma in web development computer science or related field.
Familiarity with React Native and GraphQL.
Experience with cloud providers (such as AWS/Azure/GCP) and service deployment.
