Our client in the Healthcare industry is looking for a Field Service Representative to join their team in Sudbury servicing Customers (hospitals) in Northern Ontario. Your role as a Field Service Representative is troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment. Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Troubleshoot / repair equipment
Perform regular maintenance as required
Drive company growth by identifying sales opportunities and recommending products / services to customers
Remote – WFH when not at service calls
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years related experience or High School Diploma / GED plus 2 years related experience
Strong technical / troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
