- Cost estimate.
- Preparation of Tender Document including TakingOff and Bills of Quantities.
- Preparation of Tender Report and Letter of Award.
- Interim Valuation.
- To attend Client and Consultant Meeting / Site Meeting.
- Negotiation of variation orders.
- Preparation of Final Account including remeasurement.
- Claim and Contract Administration
Requirements
- Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years related working experience preferably in road construction and building works.
- Able to prepare tender proposal including knowledge in pre and post contract administration and costing etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
