TalentAmp is actively looking for a Business Solutions Architect I to fulfill architecting and project management roles for application platforms. This position involves acting as a liaison with the business to define requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Document and communicate system analysis designs and process maps with Business Executives and Senior Management.

• Collaborate closely with global business areas to define businesscentric MIS requirements and assess available and/or custom system solution options.

• Engage with internal and external teams to identify key suppliers strategic alliances and process improvements.

• Partner with business process owners to grasp tactical and strategic plans supporting business processes and operations.

• Collaborate with custom packaged business intelligence and operations platform project teams to develop and execute business systems project plans and provide support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 3 years of similar work experience in the Information Services or Process Technology field

• Experience with geomechanics Fleet Management and/or dispatch experience.

• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
