Job Title: Business Solutions Architect II

TalentAmp is actively seeking a Business Solutions Architect II to identify and analyze opportunities in Information Systems Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement. The role also involves maintaining ongoing support for the current financial system including potential upgrades or platform reimplementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead early initiation activities for system solutions to fulfill business requirements across various business areas.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation and communication of system analysis designs and process maps to business executives and senior management.

• Analyze business and system needs covering functional and technical requirements including Process Technology and proposed business process solutions.

• Effectively communicate issues to management and spearhead their resolution within the designated framework.

• Provide department support for production including system configuration monitoring and updating interfaces aligned with customer business processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of similar work experience in Information Services or Process Technology field.

• 4 years of Project Management experience in medium to large system implementations.

• Proficiency in HAL SOX 404 and Hyperion Enterprise.

• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
