Tasks

• You are the central contact person of the marketing department for the Spanishspeaking areas.
• You develop and execute the annual marketing plan for IBERIA Italy & LATAM based on our global goals and marketing objectives.
• You are responsible for the creation and rollout of local marketing campaigns in close alignment with our central marketing department.
• You develop lead generation campaigns together with your colleagues and find new ways to draw attention to our products and creatively address our target groups.
• You organize inhouse events and our participation in various trade shows.
• You coordinate crossfunctionally with team leads and external agencies and ensure the launch of new products business development branding shows etc.
• You track your marketing campaigns and compile reports to determine the most successful ones.
• You collaborate closely with our local distributors and partners to plan and create joint marketing campaigns.
• You manage the translations and localization of all corporate material.
• You actively manage the marketing budget and plan for the region.
• You coordinate our PR presence in the Spanishspeaking area and build up the contacts to various media.

Requirements

• You look back on several years of professional experience in marketing and have sound knowledge in all areas of marketing.
• You have at least three years of experience as a regional marketing manager for Spain or the Iberia region.
• You are experienced in channel marketing.
• You are a native Spanish speaker with a good command of the English language fluency in Italian would be considered an asset.
• You are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities.
• You tackle things proactively prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow and enjoy working in an international fastpaced environment.
