Job Description

Overview

The Tele Caller/Lead Generation Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers and generating leads for the sales team. They are responsible for contacting potential clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating our companys value proposition. This role is essential for building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and contributing to the overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects
  • Identify decisionmakers and key influencers within target organizations
  • Explain products or services and answer questions from potential customers
  • Set up appointments or consultations for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Manage and update lead database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Document all interactions and followup activities with leads
  • Adhere to scripts guidelines and compliance standards during calls
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding challenges and opportunities
  • Utilize social media and other channels for lead generation activities
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager or Team Leader

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in telemarketing lead generation or sales is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong work ethic and selfmotivated
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work in shifts if required
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset
