1 Meeting with the prospective developer: Business Development managers are responsible for meeting the developers on day to day basis who are looking at launching new projects and understanding the requirement.
2 Understand the requirement: Business Development managers are responsible for meeting the developers and offering them a suitable product solution by understanding their requirement in terms of expediting the sales process.
3 Scheduling Appointments: Business Development managers are responsible for scheduling the appointments with the developer after understanding their requirement of sales their upcoming projects with the clients. They should be able to coordinate between the management and developer effectively to smoothen the flow of the transaction.
4 Maintaining Customer Database and upcoming project: Business Development managers are responsible for meeting the developers managing the data base of developers their upcoming projects etc.
5 Building relationships: Business Development managers are responsible for building relationship with the concerned stakeholders developers to gain business and maximize the value.
6 Product feasibility and understanding of the market: Business Development managers are responsible for conducting the product feasibility/ understand the hyper local activity and market scenario and customer base and prevailing market practices for successful execution of project.
7 Reporting and Analytics: Business Development managers are responsible reporting to management of the company in the desired format on day to day basis and to work with the management very closely.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. 14 years of Related Domain Experience; which is Business development for realty focused sales and marketing entity.
2. Should be aware of the Bangalore geography & Knowledge of the real estate market
3. Experience in real estate or any broker firm will be an added advantage and is most preferable
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Should be humble and possess Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
6. Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
7. Should be ambitious and selfMotivated in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations
8. Should be Responsible for generating new business building and maintaining relationships with builders and clients
9. Should take High level of passion and ownership
10. Language Proficiency: English / Hindi (If known other languages would be an added advantage)
11. Must have TwoWheeler/ four wheeler.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Selfstarter & team player
