Prioritize order processing speed and accuracy to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
Handle situations where digital order capture isn't available and complete orders manually.
Exception Management:
Identify and report system failures encountered during the order capture process.
Collaborate with the Center of Competence (CoC) and Master Data teams to resolve exceptions and system failures related to electronic and digital order capture within defined SLAs.
Document all changes made within the order capture process to pinpoint recurring issues and identify root causes of failures.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in NCE (Nestlé Customer Excellence) operational review meetings.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the demand capture process.
