Position: Dutch/Flemish Technical Support Representative
Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the technical support of the SMA Service Line
- Use communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of the solar technology company
- Provide 1st level technical support on several product groups
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level Dutch speaker fluent in English (at least B2 level) both spoken and written
- Have the ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides
- Have the technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path
OFFER:
- Permanent fulltime contract
- Working hours from 9 to 17
- Sign bonus of 1000 (500 during 1st month 250 during 2nd and 3rd month)
- 5 weeks training under contract potentially involving travel to Barcelona for 2 days (costs fully covered)
