**Responsibilities:**
Prospect consult and sell our transportation management solutions to new enterprise companies including logistics service providers and shippers.
Source leads qualify opportunities and drive them to successful closure leveraging a hunter mentality and a resultsdriven approach.
Collaborate with the sales team to learn from each other and continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Become an expert in our overall value proposition products and services supported by inhouse training and support.
Work closely with prospects to understand their business processes and challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can create a competitive advantage for their business.
Maintain a deep understanding of the transportation industry and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
Bachelors degree.
5 years of experience selling transportation management solutions (TMS) SAAS.
Proven track record of success in prospecting qualifying opportunities and closing deals.
Hunter mentality with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring industry expertise.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and learn from others.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience being promoted for high performance.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and being recognized as a top performer.
Received awards or recognition for outstanding sales achievements.
Demonstrated ability to stay at previous roles for longer durations indicating stability and commitment.
