Responsibilities
- Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard.
- Plan coordinate and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services repairs and renovations.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the facilities handle maintenance budgets perform analysis and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations building codes and environmental standards for all sites of the company.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate office layout changes renovations or others.
Requirements And Skills
- At least 4 years of proven experience in facility management or related field preferable from hightech global company.
- Excellent communication both in Hebrew and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional global environment.
- High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
